Identified as Boston’s new benchmark for urban, mixed-use development on 6-acres as it integrates laboratory, office, residential, and retail in a highly flexible and sustainable new community. The site and development were designed to meet the city’s requirement for mitigating sea level rise and accessibility for the neighboring communities. The project is targeted to be fully electric and LEED Platinum.
